Marco van der Merwe
General Manager
Marco has been part of Diagno Health since its inception, guiding the company’s growth with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer value. With over 25 years of professional experience, including three years in the medical industry, he brings both strategic and financial expertise to his role.
A Chartered Management Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, Marco combines deep business acumen with a passion for building sustainable partnerships in the healthcare sector. His leadership ensures that Diagno Health continues to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to doctors, clinics, and laboratories across Africa.
Outside of work, Marco is an animal lover and an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to rugby. He also holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reflecting the same discipline and determination he applies in his professional life.
Renske de Vos
Operations Manager
Renske joined Diagno Health in April 2024 as a Logistics Administrator and quickly grew into the role of Operations Manager, where she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures seamless delivery of products and services to clients. With 7 years of experience as a Medical Technician, specialising in immunology and laboratory procurement, she brings both technical expertise and practical supply chain knowledge to the team.
Currently completing her BCom in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Renske combines her academic background with hands-on experience to streamline processes and support Diagno Health’s growth as a trusted distributor of innovative medical solutions.
Beyond her professional role, Renske is known as a true go-getter and “Yes Girl”, always ready to take on new challenges. She is an animal lover, avid reader, baking enthusiast, and a creative spirit who enjoys crafting and DIY projects in her free time.
