ALEX³ tests against 300 allergens including 218 molecular allergens and 82 extracts, covering 80 allergen families — making it the most unique molecular allergy test panel on the market.
High Specificity and Sensitivity
The test delivers quantitative results for both total IgE (tIgE) and specific IgE (sIgE), enabling a full sensitisation profile in a single assay run.
Accuracy of Diagnosis
With features like CCD blockade (to reduce clinically irrelevant results due to cross-reactivity), ALEX³ allows clinicians to identify co- and cross-sensitisations, which helps reduce false positives and improves therapy recommendations.
